The 5125P-001 is a limited-edition collaboration between Patek Philippe and Wempe Jewelers to celebrate the 125th anniversary of Patek Philippe. The 5125P-001 has a platinum case that is 37mm in diameter and 11mm thick with a closed case back, a sapphire crystal and a screw-down crown. The dial is black with index hour markers, a moon phase sub-dial, and a day, month and date window. The 5125P-001 is powered by the 315s QA LU-35R caliber which has annual calendar and moon phase functionality as well as a power reserve of 48 hours. It is paired with a black leather strap with a platinum fold-over clasp. It has a water resistance of 30 meters (98 feet). Only 100 pieces were created of this limited-edition timepiece.
